Gentle Yoga: Sundays at 9:30 am Slow down, tune in, and cultivate mindful awareness. Unlike vigorous vinyasa or power yoga, this offering focuses on soothing out the edges, making space for ease and self-compassion.
Chair Yoga: Tuesdays at 4:30 pm. Accessible wellness for every body! This class invites you to experience the benefits of yoga without the need to get down on the floor. Chair yoga offers an inclusive and nurturing environment.
Yoga Nidra: Select Sundays 5:00 pm. The yoga of sleep! Find deep relaxation during this yoga practice that allows your body to rest and rejuvenate. This practice starts with gentle seated stretching to prepare our bodies for extended yogic sleep. Check the class calendar for Yoga Nidra Sundays this fall and winter.
